Maintenance: 30-Day Guarantee for maintenance performed. This does not apply for any electrical component failure or refrigerant charge related issue/s as technically these issues can occur at any point in time from surges, storms or natural age and degradation of the equipment. This also does not apply for any cleaning or maintenance related issues that were addressed or recommended for further additional service outside the normal scope of work for a standard maintenance service. Drain lines: Internally run or installed drain lines existing to the home are NOT covered under any warranty guarantee due to limited access to the full run of the drain line. We do not cut any existing drain line as part of our maintenance service. A drain line that needs to be cut or accessed indicates there is a problem that needs to be addressed and properly quoted for accurate remediation. Old fittings and sections of line that we cannot fully access or see is not our liability or responsibility. Any home damage related to existing drain line issues are not our responsibility or liability. We do not use any form of chemicals and positive pressure for drain line remediation or flushing due to liability purposes. All we can ensure, during our maintenance service, is that the drain is flushed and the circuit is flowing at an efficient rate and properly protected for water safety and damage at the time of service.

The Electrical maintenance service is completed using NEC and NFPA standards. Any discrepancies found will be noted on the report. Due to wiring/devices being in inaccessible areas (walls, attics, hidden behind furniture, meter bases, ect.) we cannot inspect, nor can we guarantee the integrity of the entire electrical system. This service includes inspecting wiring and devices that are readily accessible only. Smoke detectors to be checked for manufacture date and recommended for replacement if over 10 years old. If customer requests smoke detectors to be tested during the maintenance service, we will not be held responsible for malfunctioning smoke detectors before or after testing. This service provides a snapshot of the current state of the electrical system and any issues occurring at the time of the inspection only.

This assessment covers internal plumbing fixtures, visible drains, and the crawlspace to detect leaks or imperfections. We will present any plumbing issues found along with repair or replacement options. A water pressure test will also be conducted to ensure safe home pressure. Due to the inaccessibility of some plumbing components (within walls, under floors, etc.), we cannot inspect or guarantee the integrity of the entire plumbing system. This service focuses on readily accessible components and provides a snapshot of the current state of the plumbing system and any issues present at the time of inspection.

I've had Airstream as my primary contractors for Electrical & HVAC for 5 years, and they are top notch. Recently, they added a plumbing arm to their services and after my last job I had to post to celebrate how solid the Airstream customer care truly is. Cody, Cory & Aaron all collectively spent a week and a half diagnosing a particularly troublesome issue in our plumbing, and never lost commitment to making sure everything was done fairly and correctly. They were also humble enough to admit when they made mistakes and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid, honest contractor in middle-TN.

We have been customers for at least 5 years. Josh was right on time and seemed thorough in his effort to pinpoint our issue. Took the time to explain the diagnosis (seems to be manufacturer issue because it is the same we experienced 4 years ago) and options for repair. We had a wonderful experience with Airstream Services. They were able to come out same day when our air conditioner broke. The front desk and the technician were both kind and knowledgeable. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within about thirty minutes. And the price was reasonable too. We ended up enrolling in their VIP program to have them come regularly service our system.

Austin was very professional and knew what he was talking about. He was very honest and the price was very reasonable and up front. They were very fast with getting us an appointment as well. We have had bad luck with other companies in the past, but they were easy and great to work with.. Austin was also very down to earth and explained everything that was going on with our AC unit. We got the vibe he worked in the company for the right reason, to help people and not rip them off.

Our tech, Parker, was on time and courteous. We called Airstream for a second opinion. Parker found a small leaking part. The other company that was used via our home warranty, said we needed to replace major components that would have cost around $4200. Airstream did a great job and found the true problem. Definitely would recommend.

The Airstream guys were great and super friendly!!! When they originally came out, we talked about all of the different options possible to install the EV charger in an aesthetically pleasing way. Once we had a game plan, they were back the day after my charger was delivered to install it Took less than 3hours, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and I was happy with the install. Thank you!!!!!!!

Meet Steven, a proud Murfreesboro resident and devoted family man. Married to his wonderful wife, Steven is a loving father to his adorable daughter. Their household also includes two playful dogs and one curious cat, making for a lively home!

Before joining our team, Steven served in the Air Force for an impressive 9 years. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him casting a line at his favorite fishing spot or strumming a tune on his guitar. A big fan of “The Office,” Steven never misses an episode.

If he had to choose one meal for the rest of his life, pizza would be his top pick. Two exciting items on Steven’s bucket list are skydiving and traveling the world. With his adventurous spirit and dedication, Steven brings a unique energy to our team!
