I’ve used them a couple times when we’ve had A/C and heating issues and they were great then. This time we used their plumbing services and they were excellent at that too. They were on time. Quick. Very clearly did not try and upsell me on something I didn’t need (like a new part or an entirely new water heater).
Airstream provided great service. They were able to schedule and complete the job within one week which is amazing. In addition, the finished job was beautifully done with no trace that there was even work done. They put in a specialty electrical plug. It was done very professionally. All mess made was completely cleaned up. Highly recommend this company.
Airstream Services provided me with excellent and superior electrical service. Starting with Raven who listened to my concerns and made an appointment time that was convenient to me and connected me with the technician I requested.Before the service call, I received a text that they were on the way. A short time later, I received another text that the technician was here providing me with assurance who was at the door. Austin, the technician, greeted me and introduced himself. Austin treated me and my home with respect and professionalism. He explained all what he was doing and why. He completed the job and cleaned up afterwards. He thanked me for allowing Airstream to care for my home.I then contacted Airstream for an electrical safety inspection and Josh was also professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything and gave me tips of what I should be aware of and what to look for concerning the electrical components of my home. He completed the job making sure everything was taken care of. I then received an email outlining the outcome and any recommendations.I highly recommend this company for any electrical work.
My breaker for my HVAC system caught on fire and I was lucky in that I found it immediately and put out the fire although the fire department responded and spent a lot of time insuring my home was safe. But I had no heat and a system that needed help. Airstream and tech- Austin responded immediately. Austin was knowledgeable and professional and replaced the breaker with a safer product having found out the original installation was cheap and faulty in my so-called high- end new subdivision at Caroline Farms. Also found out other neighbors have experienced the same. Airstream and Austin are my go-to professionals along with other neighbors who plan to use them. They get a Huge 10! We had Josh come out and give us a few different estimates for the front, sides and also the entire house. Before he felt that day he explained everything. We decided to go with the entire house because of the discounted rate by having installed more than 2 sides. We were very happy with the gemstone offering. We then signed the contract and put down the deposit. We picked out the color to match the house and the order was placed. Once it was in they called for the next down payment and we were on the schedule. Originally we were booked three days but they decided to up the number of men by 1 and change it to 2 days. Quickly they learned both by the side of the house and the steep terrain around the house no way 2 days was possible. Also because of the siding they used three color matching screws instead of two therefore gemstone had to overnight them more. The guys worked every hard and kept us in the loop. It wound up being a 5 day job. But that was fine because the work was excellent. Everything was straight and they really tried to hide all the wires when possible. Overall we are very pleased and would highly recommend them. Just take a look at my house. Of note if you pay a company to put up and take down lights each year these will break even in 4-5 years and you get lights year round. The app is amazing and there are so many color options. Well worth the investment and very excited to see what we plan going forward. Again I highly recommend this company and the staff.

Airstream installed one of our 2 HVAC units after one went bad a few years ago. I signed up for VIP service and had them come out to do a spring service on both units. The one they installed and our 18 year old split unit. The tech, Jerry, came out and did a great job going over both units and making sure they were in good shape. He found and showed me 2 parts that were going bad on the 18 year old unit and I had him replace them before they caused more damage. He was very kind and respectful and did a great job. Thank you. Both techs were excellent! We have 5 systems on our property. That’s 11 condensers. So a long day for them doing annual maintenance. They had outstanding attitudes and did professional work. Highly recommend.
Their team was in and out flawlessly. Completely swapped my entire panel and put in a new level two charger in one day. Their coordination was top-notch and even gave a little blurb on the service technician so that I would know a little bit about the person as well as know what he looked like prior to his arrival. The entire process was explained and what it would look like from start to finish. They left no room for interpretation and completely communicated everything that I could’ve possibly asked for. Every communication was pleasant and enjoyable and they even let my son watch the entire process because he enjoys anything related to construction. Hands-down there is no other electrical servicing company I would recommend for large jobs. This team is absolutely top-notch.

We had Airstream Services install gemstone lights on our building today! We are ecstatic with the out come. We had them out a few weeks ago to give us an estimate and within 2 short weeks they are perfectly installed!!!! Just in time for Valentine’s Day at Veda’s.
