Very happy with Airstream! easy to schedule, excellent communication, competitive pricing and all work was executed exactly as planned. My 60 year old breaker panel was overloaded and it would've been difficult to install my EV charger on it. Mark was my technician - he removed and installed a new larger panel and then my EV charger all in the course of a day. Benjamin S.137 days agoSo this is a long overdue review. In the past year I have had multiple services done on both my HVAC and Electrical. The photos are of the new doorbells Airstream installed for me last summer and it has already been a huge help along with the porch light in identifying and dealing with unexpected visitors (good and bad, mostly good). As for our HVAC we have had considerable work done on it over the past year, and at every step Airstream was honest, professional, and transparent with their pricing while respecting our budget and time. After the 2026 winter storm, we found that the system had been taxed significantly and Airstream has worked with us over the past few months to get it back into tip-top shape for the summer heat. Each time the work has been done efficiently and with minimal interference in our daily activities and minimal stress on our our pets. In performing my EV charger installation, my house created some challenges, but they were very quick to determine options and answers to address them that were satisfactory to me. I can definitely say they are top notch ! The technicIan's and the office staff are so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I thought I had a plumbing issue, turns out it was HVAC, they immediately called to get an HVAC guy out to evaluate. The VIP service has definitely been money well spent so far. We needed two new outlets installed in our home and Airstream Kyle came by within 24 hrs, gave me a reasonable quote, and finished the job that I thought would be a lot more difficult. Kyle was on time, professional, and efficient. I ended up switching my annual care plan from Hiller ($249/yr for just HVAC) to Airstream ($204/yr for HVAC, electric, and plumbing) while he was here. 10/10 so far.Posted on Facebook

Zane M. Abbey570 days agoI’ve been around long enough to spot a good worker, and Jacob from Airstream Services in Murfreesboro showed up just when I needed him after a lightning strike hit my house. It knocked out my HVAC’s main board and zone board, leaving me without heat & air, but Jacob arrived with a friendly smile and jumped right in. He diagnosed the unit, swapped out those fried parts, and had everything running cool again in no time, which means a lot to someone who appreciates help when life throws a curve. Jacob’s the sort you’re glad to have around—calm, kind, and clearly good at what he does. He took a minute to explain the damage in a simple way, showing me the burnt boards with a patience that made it all easier to handle. You can tell he’s fixed plenty of systems before, and his steady way of working feels like the kind of reliability I value in folks who get things done. Airstream Services has a gem in Jacob, and I’m thankful they sent him my way. He didn’t just patch it up—he checked it all over to make sure I’d be set, which feels like a true gift l in my book. Crystal schedules our services and she is so friendly and sweet it is like making social arrangements with a dear friend. Jerry inspects our AC/heating systems twice every year. It is always a joy to see him. He is polite and professional. We truly enjoy our time with him. Aaron tested our water and he was as kind and respectful as all the Airstream technicians are. Landry checks our electrical system. He is a truly nice guy with professionalism equal to all the others. There is nothing but compliments from us for everyone we have ever dealt with from Airstream. Airstream provides fast, thorough and amazing service. I have needed service quickly and they have responded right away and had a technician out in just a few hours. All technicians have been able to correctly diagnose and repair issues with our air units and maintenance for all of our air and heating units.

We've had new electrical installation for our shop completed by them and they were efficient, professional, and gave us a great price. We've also had our entire house replumbed with new Pex lines and sewer lines along with an outside sewer clean out access. They service our HVAC system yearly and always show up on time ready to work. I can't recommend them enough! C G255 days agoSHOUT OUT to Airstream Services This is by far the best HVAC company that I have ever used. I have used several of the “well-known” in Smyrna only to be disappointed after a couple of years with them after they grow. Airstream is a small family business that keeps the “you are part of our family” feeling. They are there when you need them, and promptly goes above and beyond with integrity, efficiency, professionalism, and most of all a family feel. A recent event in my family devastated us, still trying to grasp the loss, ….and then the Air Conditioner went out. Airstream was immediately at my house fixed the air air, replacing a part, and did maintenance on the unit. Gus the owner then blessed me by not charging me a dime! “His take on this was “we take care of family and you do not need additional stress at this time, our condolences are not enough’ This is the epitome of customer “care”! All techs are the cream of the crop as well. Murfreesboro and Smyrna and surrounding areas are blessed to use this Company. They also do electrical, and soon to come plumbing. What a joy to be able to call one company for all needs. Please consider them- they get my highest recommendation”
Pat W260 days agoHad to make an after hours call due to my heating system not operating. Airstream answered our call promptly and scheduled me that night. Service truck arrive within 30 to 40 minutes. Christian was our technician for this call. He was very polite, explained the diagnostic he would be performing and came back with his results. Due to a unique part causing the issue, another visit was needed for the next day to close out the job. I am pleased with Christian and the service provided.

He was courteous, clear, showed up on time, did not leave a mess and even went above and beyond to try to solve a problem that was not electrical related with the charger (turned out to be a technical glitch on their end). Zachary Charles260 days agoJosh Stevens, an electrician at Airstream HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing did an outstanding job fixing breakers which had been damaged due to water leakage with burst pipes, fixing outdated (backstabbed) outlets which have created fire damage in other homes, and replaced unattractive lights with more modern ones in a home we recently purchased in Franklin, TN. His deep industry knowledge, care to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right even though it meant staying until after hours was impressive. I called and was instantly treated like an old friend when Raven picked up the phone. Their availability was quicker than I expected. Fast forward to installation day, I received a text informing me that Leo was on his way. He arrived in a timely manner and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He worked diligently over the next few hours and his work was meticulous! He cleaned up his work area and answered any additional questions that I had. I now know why my friend was so complimentary of Airstream. Five stars all the way around!!

After installing the new part, he tested the heat to ensure everything was working properly and even showed me pictures of the old panel that had burned out and needed replacement. I would highly recommend Airstream to anyone in need of heating or air services.

The first plumber we called was not able to come to our home for 2 days. I reached out to my neighbor, because I knew he had a plumber come the day before on short notice. He recommended airstream. That very night they came and fixed our pipes (yes multiple).

I have already told several people about Airstream Services and like me they're going to sign up for the yearly plan. This is awesome when your widowed and live on social security. It's very comforting to know that you don't have to worry about HVAC or plumbing or electric. I hope the other people that work for you are as nice and dedicated to fixing a problem as he was. The best trait I feel he has is his simplicity of yes ma’am I understand I know how to fix it. Let me get you a quote and we’ll talk about it… I trusted him from that moment forward. Aside from being our “go to” guys for seasonal service since we bought our home 3 years ago, we’ve used them to put in a whole home surge protector and just now a whole home water filtration and softener system. We worked with Cory to do this and he was knowledgeable, personable, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend him and them. Update: 12/22/2025. Cory came back out and added an air switch to our garbage disposal. No more reaching under the sink to turn it on! Love it 😊. Once again, excellent job and couldn’t be happier.+1

Brenton Tyring300 days agoI had what I thought was a minor problem with my showers leaking hot water, and Cory was sent out to take a look. He made what could have been a very stressful experience bearable, and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to follow. On top of being very competent, Cory is also very personable, which obviously helped my understanding and also helped manage anxiety that comes with big fixes. He brought my hot water heater up to code, and he did it way faster than I would’ve expected for the amount of work that needed done. There’s a reason I always call these guys when I have a problem, and they have always delivered.

Most companies lure customers with low-cost incentives, only to have them call back when the same problem returns. Airstream is different. They analyzed my problems and quickly gave me a set of options that would give me the best solution to my problems. As usual they went above and beyond to help me. I am handicapped and find it very difficult to climb a ladder seeing that my porch light was out they changed the bulb for me. That light had been out for over two years.
