Airstream Services Free HVAC Unit Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   This Giveaway is open to legal residents of Nashville and surrounding cities in Middle Tennessee, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   The HVAC unit being replaced must be at least 10 years old or out of warranty to qualify.
   Employees of Airstream Services and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period
   The Giveaway begins on October 23rd, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM on November 15th, 2024.
   All entries must be submitted through the official entry form on our website during this period.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete and submit the online entry form found on the Airstream Services website. Only one entry per person is allowed using the online form. Additional entries may be received through Facebook and Instagram following the additional entry rules. Multiple entries by the same person using website form will not increase the chances of winning.
   Entries received outside the specified entry period will not be eligible.

4. Winner Selection and Notification
   One winner will be selected from all eligible entries.
   The winner will be notified by phone or email by November 29th, 2024. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
   Additionally, all entries will be selected to receive a free HVAC Tune-Up Maintenance.

5. Prize
   The grand prize is a new HVAC unit, including installation, at no cost to the winner.
   The winner agrees to allow Airstream Services to film the installation of the new HVAC unit at their residence. This footage may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Airstream Services.
   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

6. Filming and Media Release
   By entering this Giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Airstream Services to film the installation of the new HVAC unit at their home. Airstream Services will coordinate with the winner to schedule a convenient time for the installation and filming- which is required it be installed before December 25th,2024. The winner grants Airstream Services the perpetual, royalty-free right to use their name, image, and likeness in any promotional materials, including but not limited to videos, social media posts, and website content, without further compensation.
   Airstream Services reserves the right to document the entire installation process, including capturing footage or photos of the customer’s home and, if needed, the customer themselves, for the purposes of internal use, training, marketing, and promotional materials.

7. General Conditions
   Airstream Services reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice, especially in cases of fraud, technical difficulties, or any other factor beyond reasonable control that may impair the integrity of the Giveaway.
   Airstream Services reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or who attempts to manipulate the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway.
   By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of Airstream Services, which are final and binding in all respects.

8. Privacy
   Any personal information collected during the course of this Giveaway will be used in accordance with Airstream Services’ privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability
   By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Airstream Services, its employees, affiliates, agents, and any other parties involved in the administration of this Giveaway from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.

10. Governing Law
    This Giveaway and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tennessee.
